Bulk import from Box

Drag files or folders in and every one is listed below with its merchant and document type already worked out from the Box folder structure and file name. Check the rows, correct anything that looks wrong, then upload. Rows needing a merchant are highlighted. Safe to re-run — anything already in the portal is skipped.

Director Database

Every director recorded against your merchants. Key one in below, or import a spreadsheet. Admin only.

Keyed straight in here. The same director also appears in that merchant's document window, where their ID and Utility bill are attached.

Import from a spreadsheet

Excel (.xlsx/.xls) or CSV. Give it a header row with any of: Merchant, First name, Last name, Email, Phone, Email password. A single Name column works too and is split on the first space. Every row is staged for you to check before anything is written.

Every item must be reviewed and ticked off before a merchant goes live. Each row records the person responsible and the date it was actioned.

Add a MID

Bulk import from the gateway

Paste rows from the gateway's export — one MID per line: Entity, DBA, Merchant ID, URL, Dispute email, active/inactive (comma or tab separated). Existing merchant IDs are updated in place; new ones are added.

A browsing window inside the portal. Many sites allow this; login and dashboard pages usually do not — they send an anti-clickjacking header that browsers enforce, and no setting here can override it. When a site refuses, use Open as window: that is a real browser window, so nothing blocks it, and it sits alongside the portal.

The central library of documents Klip has created — brand guidelines, NDAs, agreements, templates. Select multiple files at once to bulk-add — titles fill in automatically from the file names.

Pipeline

There is no embedded Pipedrive window on this page, and there cannot be one. Pipedrive sends X-Frame-Options: SAMEORIGIN on its login, which every browser enforces and no setting on our side can override — an embedded frame would simply stay blank forever. So this shows your deals directly from their API instead, which is faster and needs no sign-in. Open as window puts the real Pipedrive beside the portal if you need their full screens.

Gateway dashboards

Add each platform's dashboard URL and switch between them below. Most gateways block embedding on their login pages — an anti-clickjacking header the browser enforces on their behalf, which nothing here can override. When the frame stays blank that is why: use Open as window, a real browser window that sits beside the portal and is never blocked.

Pipedrive (CRM)

Enter your Pipedrive company domain and API token (Pipedrive → Settings → Personal preferences → API). Stored securely, visible to the team only — powers the CRM tab.

Gateway API

Connect the gateway partner's API (or any other data source) — saved connections power in-portal reporting.
